E-Bill Registration


As part of its continued efforts to improve service levels and to respond to the needs of our stakeholders, the National Water Commission is reminding its customers that the company offers the easy and convenient delivery of bills via email.

Customers who opt to receive their bills using this format will not only be able to get their bills delivered immediately as the bill is prepared without having to wait several days to receive the paper version, but will receive several additional benefits when they switch from paper bills to electronic bills.

  • Reduction of the risk of not receiving bills in the mail or receiving them late
  • Convenience of receiving bills while travelling locally or overseas
  • Reduction in the amount of paper generated
  • Ease of storing and retrieving bills electronically
  • Ease of landlords or persons who share services to forward bill to tenants or other parties
  • Avoidance of the need to contact the NWC to request a copy bill
