Why your e-bill may not be arriving
Your email provider, or your company's IT department, may be mistaking NWC e-bills for spam and filtering them out of your inbox. Adding our sending domain to your safe senders list (sometimes called a "whitelist") tells your email service that messages from the NWC should always be delivered.
Add this domainnwc.com.jmWhitelisting the domain covers all NWC billing and advisory emails.

Still not receiving your e-bill?
Confirm the email address on your account
A typo made at sign-up is one of the most common causes. Re-check your details on the E-Bill Registration page or through Customer Web Access.
Using a work email? Ask your IT department
Company mail servers often block external senders before messages reach your mailbox. Ask IT to add nwc.com.jm to the organisation's permitted sender list.
Give it one billing cycle
If you registered recently, your first e-bill is issued with your next billing statement โ it doesn't arrive immediately after sign-up.
Contact Customer Care
If e-bills still aren't arriving after whitelisting, call 888-CALL-NWC or email customercare@nwc.com.jm and we'll verify your delivery settings.
