E-Bill Troubleshooting

EBill Delivery Troubleshooting

Are you experiencing problems receiving your e-bills?

If so, it may have been mistakenly filtered out of your inbox. This could be because your IT department or your Internet service provider (ISP) is blocking the email or mistaking it for spam.
To ensure that you receive e-bills, event related messages and updates, or special offers from Nwc.com.jm, please contact your IT department or ISP and ask them to include us on your "whitelist", "safe" or permitted email sender list.

What is a "Whitelist" or "Safe Senders List"?

Adding our sending domain (nwc.com.jm) to your list of accepted email senders (often referred to as a "whitelist", "safe list", or "list of privileged senders") will ensure that you receive your e-bills or other NWC communication.

How to add nwc.com.jm to your "Safe Senders" or "Whitelist"

There is a number of different spam programs on the market, and email services such as MS Outlook, AOL, Hotmail and Yahoo! Mail and each has specific instructions (see below) for adding senders to your whitelist.

  2. Go to the Safe Senders tab.
  3. Click Add....
  4. Type "nwc.com.jm".

  6. Click "OK" again.
  1. Login to your Hotmail or Live Mail account.
  2. Click on "Options."

  5. In the box provided type in "nwc.com.jm".
  6. Click the "Add" button.
  7. When you see the address you entered in the Safe List box, click on the "OK" button.

If you see an email from NWC in your Junk Mail folder, click "This is not Junk Mail" to avoid NWC e-mail being sent to the Junk Mail folder in the future.

  1. Login to your Gmail account, just like you would to check your email.
  2. At the top RIGHT SIDE, click the link that says SETTINGS.
  3. At the top of the screen that says MAIL SETTINGS, click the link that says FILTERS (second from left).
  4. On the FILTERS screen, click the tab that says Create a New Filter tab.
  5. In the FROM field on the CREATE A FILTER screen, type nwc.com.jm and change NO other settings on this screen.
  6. Click the button that says NEXT STEP.
  7. Check the box that says STAR IT.
  8. Click the button that says CREATE FILTER.

To create a filter that sends email from NWC straight to your Inbox:

  1. Login to Yahoo! Mail.
  2. Click on "Mail Options" (on the right hand side of your screen).
