In keeping with the Interim Tariff Determination 2019 granted by the Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR), Water, Sewerage and Service Rates have been adjusted effective May 6, 2026. This adjustment comes from re-setting the Base Rates of the components used to calculate the Price Adjustment Mechanism (PAM).
The K-Factor and X-Factor values themselves remain unchanged, at 20% and -5% respectively.
