Mona Reservoir and Hermitage Dam are two of the main storage sources feeding the Kingston & St. Andrew supply system. Readings are taken weekly and reported as both a percentage of full capacity and in millions of gallons (MG). When levels trend down over consecutive weeks — especially during the dry season — the NWC may introduce a lock-off schedule for affected areas, published on the Advisories & Disruptions page.
